I have a request for a retirement cake that is decorated with orange circus peanuts. Sounds simple, but I am totally at a loss for what to do with them. Any ideas?

How are your carving/fondant skills? Can you make a cake in the shape of one of these peanuts?

My husband loves these things .... I can't see the attraction, personally.
