Hey cc friends... i havea question about torting my cakes, what is the best way to do this ? I have purchaced a cake leveler but it dosent work all that well and i am always going fo the handy dandy knife but then i have issues with getting the levels even is there something I am missing just gets a little frustrating when this happens, also do you all tort before or after freezing? any suggestions would be appreciated thanks
