Cake Idea For A Surgical Tech Graduate

I have a request for a cake for someone who is graduating from surgical tech school. can anyone give me any suggestions?

When I was in nursing school I had a t shirt with a picture of a surgeon telling the assistant "just keep that retracted." The assistant was a skeleton with cobwebs on it! (Sometimes when you are retracting , since you absolutely don't move, it feels like you are going to die standing there!) That would be funny!

Really though, a caduceus would be appropriate, that is what my aunt put on my nursing grad cake and it was really nice. Have fun, whatever you decide to do!

Hi ~ I don't know what level you are at, but google the game ''OPERATION'' and
go from there!! I think it would be an awesome design for the surgical graduate!!
