My county requires I rent a commercial kitchen. I don't even know where to begin to locate one that rents? Do I write letters and bring to businesses or look in the want ads?

I have never done this, but I think I would start by sending out inquiries to legal kitchens and see if anyone "bites." Maybe you could put an ad in the classified???

For myself, I did a quick google search and found a couple of places (this is Florida). You might want to give that a try.
