How do you price a wedding cake? Do you price by wedding servings or party. Thanks so much!

I price all of my cakes using a serving size of 8 cubic inches. Which is 1x2x4 (a standard wedding size serving) or 2x2x2 (for one layer cakes)

I don't have seperate prices for wedding serving sizes or party serving sizes.

As for what you do, pick one and stick to it, just make sure to tell your customer what size of serving you figure. Because if you use party servings you'll have a higher per serving price (so you're still making the same amount of money since the party servings are about 50% larger than wedding servings)
