I need some suggestions for this cake. Someone has asked me to make a cake that looks and tastes like a RPBC. The only thing is they want the cake to be chocolate and frosting to be peanut butter. I had a testing with them and they liked a milk chocolate brownie and peanut butter buttercream I made. The cake is for 20people. I was wondering if stacking brownies on top of each other would be too heavy?? Also- they don't want any filling- just buttercream on the outside!(this is what the 11yr old bday girl said) They also want it to look like it's been bitten into.
Any suggestions on what size I can make the brownie/cake?? and how am I going to ice it with chocolate buttercream on top of the peanut butter buttercream?? thanks
