I want to put a puddle of piping gel on top of my cake to look like bottle of spilled bubbles. Can I do this or will the piping gel soften the fondant too much?

TIA

If Colette Peters can put Piping Gel on her cakes (i.a. the Stained Glass cake in "Colette's Wedding cakes") so can you icon_wink.gif)

I did a stained glass cake and the piping gel does NOTHING to hurt the fondant.
So enjoy using the gel. icon_wink.gif

Thanks guys. I thought I saw it, but just wanted to make sure. Would hate to show up at the party with a big ol' gooey mess!
