At my cake decorating class, my teacher told me there is something out there that you can lay on top of a sheet cake that will score it. Does anybody know where I can order one of those??

I've never heard of that before. I usually just put a little toothpick mark at the intervals I want along all the edges (1" apart or whatever), then I take a long strand of dental floss and stretch it lengthwise between the marks on opposite ends, then do the same horizontally. I don't go clear thru the frosting, just score it lightly.

Edited to add: It looks like KHalstead came to your rescue while I was typing this!
