OK, I'm stumped. I need a small graduation cake (25-30 servings) for a girl's high school graduation. She is a competitive swimmer & wants that incorporated into the design. Any suggestions on how to merge the two?

Since a lot of grad cakes use a grad cap on top, you could also use a swimmer's cap next to it. Or a diploma with a swimmer's cap laying on it.

You could also do a little swimming pool with a diving board and have people in the pool tossing graduation caps into the air.
