i am making truffles and cheesecake bites for a group of 30 people and i don't know how many of each to make. Should i count on each person eating one of each, two of each or more? The lady that ordered them only told me 30 people and just said whatever i came up with would be ok. She said extras would be ok, but she is a friend and i don't want to have to charge her a fourtune.

Total 3 servings each should be very safe.

Agreed. 3 each sounds like a good number to me, too.

I know if I were a party guest I would think nothing of trying one of each flavor because they're so small. I would think two to three of each would be appropriate.
