Many thanks in advance
Ive been asked by my sister to make this handy manny cake for my nephew.."She has more faith in me than i do"
The questions i have are
1) Do you think theses figures are made of Just gumpaste.or 50/50?
2)If 50/50 how do i go about mixing it?
3)How would i go about attaching the Hammer coming out of the cake?
I just want to do my "best"..and have a month to practise...trying to be organised..supppose it"s the calm before the storm!
Many thanks Mandy

You could probably use a 50/50 mix. I have made these guys before and if I remember correctly that is what I did, I probably added tylose too. As far as attaching them to the sides of the cake I guess I would just use BC? Looks like a BC covered cake in the picture so I would think that would be the method.

The hammer would have to have a dowel in it with about 6" extended to insert into the cake so it would stand on the cake.
