Has anyone tried to make a lemon version of WASC? I'm halving the recipe. I'm thinking 1 tsp vanilla, 1tsp lemon extract, 1tsp grated lemon peel. Do you think I should add in some fresh lemon juice or will that be enough? Thanks everyone!

just like that will be fine, the lemon wont be overpowering and taste like cleaner!! if you want to give it more of a yellow colour you could add 1 tbsp of Lemon jello powder. a whole packet is too much in mho.

I also use lemon yogourt in place of the sour cream and sprite in place of the water.

This is the recipe I use...it is soooo good....very light and lemony. It starts out with a box mix but turns out into a very good and moist lemon cake icon_smile.gif
