Does anyone know if any good gadgets that can be used to cut uniform, even stripes from fondant? I was thinking maybe some kind of hand-held pasta cutter?

You can use a herb mincer to cut narrow stripes. It's about $5 and it cuts 1/4" wide strips.

They make something like you're talking about, an adjustible multi-wheel cutter, but they're pretty expensive.

LOVE the FMM multi-ribbon cutter. It adjusts and cuts very nicely. I use mine all the time. If you want to know where you can get this, just PM me.
