Ok, CC I need your help. I am a newbie cake lady and made a dress cake for a friend's bridal shower that was supposed to be today. This is definitely the biggest cake I've made to date...10" bottom tier, 8" and wondermold dress with bodice on top. Here's the problem: I live in Nashville TN and we are experiencing record breaking flooding this weekend (my street is actually ok right now, but it's definitely a bit dicey all over town) so of course the shower has been postponed until 5/23. Here is my question, Can I freeze this entire cake? will it be ok for 3 weeks? I know I need to wrap in saran wrap or something?? Tips, ideas, personal experience will be much appreciated... TIA!!

This is delayed from your post but I was going through unanswered posts. Just wrap in saran and freeze. It will be fine for 3 weeks. Good luck with the flooding.
