I am in urgent need of advice, I am making a slab cake with a big elmo sitting on it and he is made out of cereal treats, but I just got home from work and noticed that elmo is collapsing and his body is falling apart. Did I do something wrong? I smushed the cereal treats together very hard so I am not sure. Any help would be really great

Maybe you could insert some skewers into him for support. I have also put my RKT into to oven after forming them to dry them out faster. I turn the over onto the lowest setting and then when it reaches temp. (150) I turn it off. I place the RKT on a cookie sheet and place in the oven with the door cracked. Leave for about 10 mins. take out and cool. Coat in royal icing. HTH
