I don't know where they are actually located but I am a west coaster and have had good experiences with Global Sugar Art and with Country Kitchen Sweet Art. Neither of them require a minimal order or a storefront as far as I know, and I have not had problems with them. Between the two, you can get almost anything you need. Sometimes I even shop at Amazon.com. They have some cake decorating supplies. I usually compare prices between the three and order from whoever is cheaper for the product. Sometimes Amazon has the free shipping, and that is where their price may end up being less. HTH!
