Hubby Got Me An Agbay For My Birthday!!!

He had recently let it slip that he had ordered one for me but I was so excited. Me and my big ole' knife don't do so well and I usually end up with some type of cut on my hand - at least 1 a week. And, I cannot cut straight to save my life.

Have to share a quick story: My brother recently retired from the Air Force and he and his family lived with me for a 3 months while they looked for jobs and a place to live. My business had really picked up so they heard all about cake "stuff". When I opened the box and took out the Agbay, I asked them to guess what it was. Take note that all of the blades were covered with round plastic or pvc. My brother shouted "Fondant roller"! then under his breath, "good grief, 3 months ago, I didn't know what fondant was". We all burst out laughingand it appears, my caking has affected my entire family.
