I'm making a Disney's Cars cake for a nephew and need help for making the cars....any suggestions?

hi there!
if you look in my photos you will see a disney cars cake i did.....
i did lightning, dinaco and chick hicks!


i bought the pan for a 3D cake - very easy to make then!

You can always try your hand at carving it to make it look like the shape of Lightning. I recently did. It was so much fun.

there is a 3D car mold that Wilton sells that you can use to get a basic shape and then modify it to the cars. also if you can print a good side shot of the cars then you can print them out and put the piece of the paper next to your stacked cakes and help use that to carve the cakes.
