Where Can I Buy Cake Stuff In Western New York?

Anyone here from Western New York? I'm dying to get a silicone flower veiner, and silver dragees. I just don't want to buy them online and pay for shipping! Anyone know of any places around here that aren't Michaels, Jo Anns, or A C Moore? Those places are great for the basics, but they just don't have exactly what I'm looking for.

Do you ever get to Canada, around the Toronto area? Missasauga, in particular has Golda's Kitchen, they have a fabulous selection of items and they have a website. Goldaskitchen.com.
You can also try googling: Cake decorating supply store in _______ (insert your city). They come up with stores that would be located near you or a reasonable distance.
I went to the website and it didn't work. Unfortunately, there aren't many suppliers in my area. I'm probably just gonna order online. Lol.
