my hate to knead it like bread dough method:
1. roll it out into a long "string" about an 1" thick
2. fold in thirds back on itself (fold in ends)
3. twist into a braided rope
repeat 1 - 3 until evenly blended. (usually 7 or 8 times if not adding any extra color)
much easier on the hands and can easily work in:
> colors (just little dots along length at end of step 1),
> extra PS (sprinkle along length of rope at end of step 1), or
> grease (just have it on your hands) as you do it.
