Could someone please tell me how to get a deep burgundy color without adding half a bottle of burgundy color? Maybe add some black also?????
Thanks in advance!

Are you talking about buttercream or fondant?

I always have small buckets of SI in red, green, black, and dark chocolate. If you add a small amt. of dark chocolate fondant to the red fondant, it will give you a dark red/burgandy color.

Thank you! Actually I was talking about fondant and gumpaste!!! I will give it a try with the fondant. I tried coloring my gumpaste but I can see I will have to add way to much color to get the color I need. I need to do some flowers, however, I have ordered some burgundy petal dust, so perhaps that will be the answer! Thanks Again!
