I have the educated cake pan. Is the number cake normally 1 layer or 2?
I wanted to put a ribbon around it. Any suggestions? Thanks

The website says it's a 1 inch deep pan. If you are going to do ribbon, i'd suggest making it a 2 layer (4 inches) and using a 1 inch wide (or less) ribbon
