Cake Competition Getting Started Help?

Can someone please tell me how to get a cake competition started? As far as I know there is only one in Alabama (I could be wrong) and I would love to start another...Please help

I started a Cake Competition last year in upstate NY. Give me a call and I can walk you through what I did. It is a lot of work and requires you to be very organized and motivated. 607-229-4500 Julie
