I am planning on making an orange dream cake tomorrow and I was thinking about doing a whipped cream icing but I want one that I can put fondant decorations on. Does any one have a recipe that I could do this with or should I just stick it buttercream.

I'm not sure about the whipped cream icing. I know that you can't cover a whipped cream icing in fondant but I'm not sure about using fondant decorations on it. Maybe someone will answer that does.
