I was just wondering if anyone has ever used chocolate modeling to cover cookies and then decorate with royal icing? I'm making some cookies for a baby shower and she said she doesn't care which icing I use, so I was wanting to experiment, but wasn't sure how it would turn out. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Try it out on a couple of cookies. That way you can see if it works and taste them.
