I have a order of cupcakes for a bridal shower. It's a friend of a friend situation to get my name out word of mouth. I don't do cupcakes I'm a cookie girl, lol!

Anyway.....

What is best to use? The original WASC or the cake extender recipe? Do I need to make any changes in either of these recipes for cupakes? I'm new the cupcakes (other than making them for my kids)

TIA
Ashley

I use WASC and different variations of wasc all the time for cupcakes. The white chocolate variation doesn't rise for me as well as other recipes so I have to plan for that but otherwise it works great.

Thank you very much. I just wasnt sure if it needed adjusting in order to make cupcakes or not.

Has anyone used sugarshacks BC on their cuppies?

I always add a bit of baking powder to my cupcakes to help them get that nice dome on top icon_smile.gif
