I have been asked to do a cake in the shape of Busch stadium for a St Louis Cardinals themed wedding. (I know, kind of wierd). I know I'm going to have to carve it, but any tips you may have on the proper way to go about this would be greatly appreciated. I hate to just keep trying and wasting cake if at all possible. Thanks!

This might sound kind of odd, but Duff had an episode once upon a time where he did a stadium cake and had the whole process caught on film. If you have access to any of his DVDs, it's on one of them.

I thought doing a baseball stadium would be much harder than it was. I recently did Fenway Park. I am not sure if your stadium has brick, but I was able to use gingerbread to get a really good brick effect for the outer walls. The photo is in my pics if you want to see what I mean. icon_smile.gif HTH
