Transport 10 Cakes With Cream Filling

I have 10 delicate cakes to go to an event that is going to be in A southern state and need a way to get them on site without losing the filling to meltdown. thought of dry ice, thought of of coolers, but can they keep a cake at 38 degrees for a pretty long time, say an hour or hour and a half?
any thoughts?
