I came across a website once for a bakery that had these wonderful cakes, and they used cookies to decorate them. I remember in particular a jungle cake that had animal cookies on it, much like you might put fondant animals on a cake. They were spectacular! I may have gotten to the website from a recommendation here, but I can't find the thread. And I cannot, for the life of me, find the website! I must not be getting my google search parameters right. Does anybody know what I'm talking about that might be able to point me in the right direction?

Flour Patch bakery used to do cookie decorated cakes, but they've gone wholesale:

Results from a Google search showing a number of their cookie decorated cakes:

I remember those cakes! I even used one as inspiration for a cake I did for my sister. The cookie was a big bow that I used as a topper, and then I had cookie "dots" that I place around the sides of the cake. They really had some CUTE cakes! Sorry to see we can't view their cakes anymore.
