I'm sure this is probably posted somewhere.. but it is taking way to long to search. Sorry. icon_redface.gif I was wondering how you get the gumpaste letter or numbers to stay on top of cakes? Is it with toothpicks?

Thank you!!!

If you mean standing straight up, that is one way to do it. Many people use speghetti instead.

i uusually use a lolly pop stick, that kind of thing, i mold my gumpaste ontop the stick, or attach it to the back with melted chocolate once the gumpaste dry, then stick it in the cake : )
