According to the HBV law, I don't have to be a business to be an HBV. My farmers market does require liability insurance (I'm still trying to find a company that would do that), but I was wondering if things would just be better to become a licensed business? I know the process to do so might be more complicated, but if it's better in the end...

I do work full time (40hrs/week), so unless this takes off and I have to be at the three locations (three different days of the week, all part of the same market), this would just be part time for me.
