Hello all. I have a wedding cake that I need to do for 110 people. She wants a stacked square. How many tiers should I do and what size pans do I need? Also how far in advance should I make the cakes, I am going to freeze them so I can cut them perfectly into squares but want to make sure I have enough time but dont want to too earlier so the cake doesnt go bad. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

This Wilton cutting guide may help you determine. These are based on 4" high layer cakes, 1x2" cuts.

Remember if she wants "pary sized" cuts, then more cake would be needed. And charge by how much CAKE you are giving her, not by how many people are going to be eating it! icon_smile.gif
