i've tried to do a search on the forum, but it doesn't seem to work. icon_cry.gif

I have a client who'd like petit fours for a shower. After much searching to get an idea of how I'd price, I'm gathering they are not always filled. I'd prefer not to have to fill them, seems easier. But is that a standard? Can I use my normal WASC as the base cake? Seems like it'd be dense enough. And then how do I price these little beasts?

Little beasts is right. I tried to make Petite fours once. No desire whatsoever to ever try it again. I don't think I could charge enough. Sorry, I know this is no help, but I wish you the best.
