Criminy... could you even make it for $100? You'd probably have to buy the black fondant, and if you didn't already have those flower cutters, then that would be another $20 at least, not to mention the cost of the cake ingredients.

If you assume a 6-8-10, that's 74 servings, so she wants a fondant covered cake for $1.35/serving. If she doesn't already have a friend to do it, I honestly can't imagine someone agreeing to make it for that small of a price.
