Chocolate Transfer Or Not?

If you were doing the cake with chocolate panels, I'd just pipe on the dark choclate on to acetate (I think that's the right spelling) then cover it with the white chocolate. You can then cut your panels out from there.
You could also do the same sort of look on fondant cutting fondant panels then painting on the strip??
