First, does anyone know how many cups Indydebi's recipe makes?
Second, I'm making 120 cupcakes (don't ask!) for my DD's birthday next week. I've never made that many at once and I have no idea how to calculate how much frositng I'm going to need. I'll want them pretty "full" - maybe 2 times around with a 2D tip and would rather have too much frosting than not enough. Any ideas how to calculate? I wish Wilton had cupcakes on their baking guide!
