If i make cupcakes tonight,wednesday, and some are for a party friday and the rest for sunday. will they still taste ok sunday??? I will leave them covered in the fridge until i decorate them saturday for the sunday event.

I would personally not put them in the fridge as that may dry them out. I have had success keeping cupcakes in containers for up to a week and they were as perfect as the first day.... that was whwen i travelled for my sister's wedding. We sent the leftovers to a friend on the way home and they said they were great! that was about a week after i had made them....they were plain vanilla with vanilla buttercream- no perishable fillings.
