Fix Edible Image Cartridge That Is Not Recognizing...

I just purchased the inks for my new edible image printer.Hubby and I followed all the directions and put all the inks in and when you go to do the test alignment it says the Cyan (Blue) cartridge is not recognized by the printer..We have taken it out several times and re-inserted and cleaned the head a bit with a Q-tip etc but no go...Has anyone else had this problem and what did you try to fix it?

I have emailed Debbie for her help but also thought I would try here too and see if there was this specific information in one of the Edible image threads(Which I could not find) or anyone who has had this issue...

What type of printer do you have? Did you remember to pull of the little orange or yellow tabs from the cartridges? If that doesn't help, you may want to contact kopykake or icing images for their assistance.

Thanks Cake Crystals..I have contacted Debbie from icing images and been going back and forth....still trying to rectify the issue but yes..I did pull all the tabs off...
