Agbay! It's at the top of my list. I keep saying I don't need it but I keep looking it up online. I want one so bad but I can't justify it as a hobbiest. The cricut is cool but I have a lot of cutters and want to try stenciling as well so it's not high on my list.

I need to learn how to not get PS everywhere tooicon_smile.gif

I want so many things that aren't on this list. I have officially become a cake making addict.

1. Tilting turntable or I'll get carpel tunnel even sooner.
2. Airbrush system and lessons
3. Alabama to allow home baking businesses
4. Money to open a shop one day

I'll be getting a fondant boy for my next cake icon_biggrin.gif A friend of mine is interested in the work that goes into them and he is especially interested in fondant work. Oh he will learn well icon_rolleyes.gif

A bigger kitchen!! with LOTS of counterspace! and a dishwasher!!!

Also an Agbay, airbrush system, cake boss software, better turntable, Kopycake projector, cricut cake, and someone to clean up after me! and maybe a nanny, to occupy my 1.5 year old.. icon_rolleyes.gif

There's also all kinds of smaller things that I continue to add to my collection, like various fondant cutters, PME plungers, cake stands, etc.

LOL - and is this *fondant boy* going to be exclusively yours icon_wink.gificon_wink.gif or will you time share him with friends? icon_smile.gif
Maybe thats another sideline you could get in too - hiring out your *fondant boy* - ......priceless - icon_smile.gificon_smile.gif

My wish list:
For people to realise that it takes more than 2 hours to make, decorate, deliver and set up - when the order is 93 Klms away.... and wonder why i icon_confused.gif when its 5.30pm and they would like it at 7.15pm....to surprise Mum when she walks into the Restaurant

I'm with Mrs. A on the "cleaning fairy" icon_lol.gif and the "fondant boy" doesn't sound like a bad idea either. thumbs_up.gif I want a new KA, an agbay, all of Edna, Sharon and Jennifer's DVD's, cricut, better storage and a new/remodeled kitchen.

I think most of mine have been covered already, but...

Agbay

KopyKake

Cricut Cake

Consultant to help me perfect recipes for high altitude

Concrete here and now desire to work on cakes and decorations when I need to, rather than just the abstract desire to do them. I'm good at dreaming and planning, but I am horrible when it comes time to execute... and unfortunately, that's not just a caking trait.

Better kitchen with both a food pantry and an equipment pantry, lots of counter and cupboard space.

Good lessons locally

A good local cake supply store

Pretty much all of those listed except the high altitude consultant. In it's place: a consistently cool, dry climate!

Add a 12 qt. Hobart mixer. I'm just a hobby baker, but when I bake...I BAKE BIG icon_biggrin.gif

A big budget to support my addiction icon_lol.gif

Well mondays to fridays I have a cleaning fairy, who is also willing to come in on weekends if nescessary, so i would like

more customers who are willing to pay for the kind of cakes they want (living here, everyone thinks they can and should bargain)
Can do without an Agbay, but a cake cricut would be nice
have an airbrush. but would love to be able to take lessons to master it
heck, would like to be able to take lessons period (all self taught)

a cake decorating shop around the corner would be priceless, have to get everything online or lug myself from overseas (talk about shipping costs, ugghhhh)

and that is just for starters

Wow, you all have introduced me to some products I didn't even know about. Now I HAVE to have the Agbay leveler myself. That thing looks amazing! I've also been wanting to try alot of the stencils.

oh Wow, want so many things. ok, lets see now.

1. Another Kitchen for baking
2. Edible image printer
3. Airbrush machine
4. An actual cake supply store in my area
5. Agbay
6. Would love to go to Pastry school
7. Huge Commercial refrigerator
8. Kopycake projector

oh boy is this list too long? Would like these but not in any kind of order.

Would love to open my own bakery but with the family I have always wanting to work for me and knowing how anal I am, I would firer everyone withing the hour. So that wish is out the door.

Already have a cricut machine, so a cake cricut would not be reasonable for me.

Oh and yes, the fondant boy sounds like an excellent idea.

I would just like to have a kitchen with counterspace and storage. I'm afraid everyone would laugh if they saw how small my kitchen is..... 2 people cannot fit in it without falling over one another. I can touch my stove and frig at the same time and they are on oposite walls. I call my kitchen my cubby.

My closet is bigger than my kitchen and that's not saying much. LOL

Where does one begin?????

1. A bigger work space with a 2nd oven

2. Another KA

3. A lifetime supply of fondant

4. Every Fat Daddio cake pan in all shapes & sizes

5. How to use my Cricut Expression for cake decorating classes (you would think by now someone would've come up with this idea) Maybe I should suggest this to Micheals?!?!?! Can you imagine the amount of people that would be interested? I personally need hands on instruction. LOL!

6. The California Lottery winning numbers to get all this.

One can only dream I guess.

Checking off one thing from my list...

Just ordered my fondant sheeter this morning. YAY FOR ME!

Now, what next.....

Funny side note: Every time I mention to DH that I am going to get a sheeter, he grabs a book and says, "I'm going to use ours right now." Then disappears to the bathroom. icon_razz.gif
