Everytime I airbrush, the colors are always so shiny. If there a way to make them more of a matte finish? Or is there a certain paint I can get? I have used Super Black by AMericacolor so far...very shiny.

I assume you mean on fondant?? In that case, let it dry and then dry dust over it with some black petal dust and it will dull it for you. HTH
