I have been asked to do a 3 tier square cake to serve 150. I am wondering what size of tiers you all would recommend.
Thanks!

If serving the top tier, an 8, 10, and 12 would give you 154 servings.

For more serving guidelines, check out the serving chart on www.wilton.com or here's one that a fellow CC member made based on the Wilton chart http://shinymetalobjects.net/cake/calculator/cake_calculator.cgi

Here are the servings the square pans will give:

4--8
6--18
7--24
8--32
9--40
10--50
12--72
14--98
16--128
18--162
20--200

Note: servings are the industry standard 1"x2"x4"
