I have seen some amazing Head/Bust cakes on here and I would like to try one for my husband's birthday. It's in October, so I have some time But if I can practice before then, I would appreciate any and all help. It would be good if any requests came along the way as well. Thanks for your help!

The shoulders are easy to make from cake and carve and cover, the problem is in the neck and bottom of chin. To be supportive enough either needs to be made of modeling chocolate or rice crispy treats, then you can do cake again from about the mouth up.
