14 oz of chocolate
melt in a double boiler
remove from heat
add 1/3 cup of white corn syrup
stir till it forms a ball
remove from pan and knead
there will be some oil expelled from the chocolate
blot with paper towels
wrap in saran wrap
let sit over night
break off in small pieces and knead to soften
start modeling.

I just used the above recipe yesterday and mixed with RKT for sculpting and it worked great! The only thing I did differently was melt my chocolate in the microwave. I haven't tried yet w/ double boiler to know whether the consistency is different.

I have done the double boiler and microwave - doesn't affect it - it turns out the same for me.
