The naked cake balls are VERY moist, but holds together. I tasted one and the texture is very mushy. Do I bother wasting my time (and chocolate) and coat them? I don't have time to bake more cake to add to them.
Any suggestions?

I wouldnt. I made them one time and they were sooo mushy, i had to keep them frozen. Do you have any more cake you can add to them?...oh I just read that you dont have more cake...what about adding some crushed cookies? oreos, graham crackers something of that sort that would blend or compliment the flavor and absorb some of the moisture???
