Hi all!

Is it ok that I store my Hi-Ratio (AFTER it has been opened) in a cool room. Of course I seal it back with the lid. Does this need to be in the fridge after being opened??? I don't think it does, but like to make sure... There are no instructions on the label about this...

It will fine room temp. Just not too hot.

I store mine in the box it came in. I twist the bag really tight, clip it with a chip clip and keep it on a shelf in my pantry.
