I have never used Lorann Oil before but I know it's very concentrated. I am making a raspberry mousse for filling and the original recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of orange liquer. Does anyone know how much Lorann Oil I should use? Thanks!

I believe each bottle of LorAnn oil is 1 tsp.

So use the 1 tsp. and see how you like the strength of the flavor. If it's not enough, add more by 1/2 tsp. - then add the rest of the 2 Tbsp. of liquid (but substitute water/milk) called for in the original recipe (to get the correct consistency).
