I saw a recipe for an irish cream cake balls using either Bailey's or non dairy creamer in place of frosting. I have searched the internet for two days and cannot locate. Any ideas? My fear is that the mixture will be too loose wth only the liquid but if I add powdered sugar to the bailey's or non dairy creamer it will be too sweet. Thanks in advance. I have half a day to figure this out!!!
