Can I cut my Satin Ice fondant tops for cookies at least a month in advance to put on my cookies right out of the oven? I need at least 600, so I'm trying to do as much work as I can ahead of time.

I'm thinking I can, but I just want to make sure.

Thanks everyone.

Are you trying to keep them pliable? If so I would think just cutting them and putting them in a air proof container or maybe a couple of layers of press n seal might work.I think you will be fine.Just dont let the air hit them.HTH

And 600 cookies!WOW more power to you!
