What is the best/your favorite way to make a monogram for the top of a cake? I'm looking to make something that can stand up. Should I use chocolate or fondant or??? My brain is fried I don't know what to do.

This is for a monogram on the side of a cake but same kind of letters but you insert wire into your letters before drying. icon_smile.gif HTH's
