Non-Refrigerated Fillings For Wasc Cake

What non refridgerated fillings go together if you use more than 1 filling? I will be using the WASC with white cake mix..TIA

You could use preserves. Put it in a small food processor to get the fruit pieces to meld correctly. Curious...Why the need for two different fillings?

White chocolate ganache and either strawberry or raspberry sleeved pastry fillings. icon_smile.gif

I use chocolate buttercream and its great like chocolate covered almonds in away!

I make black raspberry buttercream by mixing vanilla BC with seedless black raspberry preserves. Pair this with a chocolate ganache and it would be phenomenal icon_smile.gif

Any of the sleeved fillings don't have to be refrigerated. The raspberry is quite good.

Jan - the white chocolate ganache doesn't have to be refrigerated?
